All information, data, tools, models, calculations, and content provided by ValuBull — including but not limited to stock prices, financial statements, DCF valuations, key ratios, community posts, and company summaries — are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. ValuBull is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should not rely on any information on the Platform as a substitute for professional financial advice.

Financial data is sourced from third-party providers including Financial Modeling Prep and Polygon.io. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to errors. ValuBull is not responsible for any inaccuracies in data provided by third-party sources. Always verify data independently before making financial decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ValuBull and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or investment returns • Trading losses or missed opportunities • Errors in financial calculations or data • Service interruptions or data unavailability • Reliance on any information provided by the Platform

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if ValuBull has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform without prior written consent • Post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content in community features • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems • Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or any illegal activity • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Community Content

The Platform includes a community discussion feature where users may post comments and analysis. User-generated content does not represent the views of ValuBull and is not financial advice. ValuBull reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

By posting content, you grant ValuBull a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and moderate that content. You are solely responsible for content you post and any consequences arising from it.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including design, software, graphics, and text (excluding user-generated content and third-party data), is the property of ValuBull and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service and do not sell personal data to third parties.
